The Making Ways After-School Program provides a safe, supportive, and engaging environment where students can receive academic support, build confidence, and explore new opportunities. We focus on helping every child grow academically, emotionally, and personally.

What are your primary reasons for enrolling your child in the Making Ways After-School Program? Select all that apply.

Permissions

May Making Ways photograph or record your child during program activities for educational, promotional, social media, website, or community outreach purposes?

May your child participate in supervised Making Ways field trips and off-site activities when applicable? Parents/guardians will receive information about field trips in advance.

If an emergency occurs and I cannot be reached, do you authorize Making Ways staff to seek appropriate emergency medical assistance for your child?

Program expectations & agreement

Making Ways is committed to providing a safe, respectful, supportive, and positive environment for all students.

Students are expected to:

  • Treat staff, volunteers, and other students with respect.
  • Follow program rules and staff instructions.
  • Participate appropriately in academic and enrichment activities.
  • Respect Making Ways property and the program facility.
  • Use appropriate language and behavior.
  • Help maintain a safe and welcoming environment.

Parents/guardians are expected to notify Making Ways of changes to contact information, authorized pickup persons, health information, insurance information, or other information that may affect the student's participation.
